In the modern new building with 2 hall sections, 17,500 high-bay storage spaces (with the possibility of expansion) and a 1,600 m² mezzanine area will be created on a total of 33,000 m² of warehouse space. In addition, around 1,000 m² of office space is available. Panattoni is constructing the remaining space without pre-letting - thus an expansion of the existing space is also possible.
Panattoni Park Ansbach is located in the immediate vicinity of the city of Nuremberg and has a direct connection to the A6 and the B13.

Security
Security at our new logistics site is ensured by a fire and intrusion alarm control center, a sprinkler system and video surveillance of the entire outdoor area. The site is secured with lockable sliding gates. The site also has an automated locking system with transponders and access authorizations.
Storage of customs goods
Our location is certified according to AEO F. With regular AEO training at the site for all employees, we ensure legally compliant customs import processing and standardized processes in accordance with customs work instructions.

Through intelligent and efficient processes as well as flexible use of various equipment, we optimize your flow of goods and carry out all picking techniques and retrieval strategies you require.
Logistics Center Koblenz
In the middle of the industrial area we have been operating our logistics center in Koblenz for 11 years now. On a site area of 16,000 m², we handle all intralogistic tasks from goods receipt, storage and picking to quality inspection, intralogistic transport and packaging management.
Logistics center Ransbach-Baumbach
The logistics center with a total area of 14,600m² has 12,500 rack spaces, 14 ramps and an automated high-bay warehouse, making it our largest logistics location in the region. Among other things, due to the excellent connection to the A3 freeway, the location is very attractive for companies from the Westerwald district.
Logistics Center Nuremberg
With 33,000 m² of space, our distribution center in the Nuremberg-Feucht industrial park is the largest logistics center in the ELSEN Group. The location has excellent connections to the four central freeway axes A3, A6, A9 and A73.
